Let’s Talk With Art Take a break, get creative, and connect. Let’s Talk With Art is a relaxed, welcoming space for students to explore thoughts, feelings, and experiences through creativity. No artistic experience is needed. Come as you are and use whatever form of expression feels right for you, including drawing, painting, writing, collage, or simply experimenting with something new. CAPS counselors will be creating alongside you, painting, drawing, and participating in the space with students. They are also available if you want to check in, talk something through, ask a question, or have a more personal conversation during the event. Each session includes optional creative prompts, space for reflection, and opportunities for conversation and connection. You are also welcome to create independently and participate at your own comfort level. Art can give us another way to express what may be hard to put into words, slow down, and check in with ourselves. Fall 2026 Dates: October 1 October 15 November 5 November 19 December 3 Join us for one session or come back throughout the semester.
