Our SMBC Reality Series offers an inspiring lineup of virtual events where you’ll have the unique opportunity to engage in open and meaningful conversations with diverse leaders at our firm. Each panel session will be followed by an open-forum Q&A where participants can address questions to our panelists. Each session features personal and professional insights from business leaders, analysts, members from one of our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), and our Campus Recruiters.
