Scarlet Reader’s Society Book Club: The Paris Library (and Craft!)

Introducing the Scarlet Reader’s Society Book Club, designed specifically as an opportunity for Rutgers Faculty and Staff to connect through their love of reading! There will be a series of meetings throughout the academic year, starting with our first book discussion in November. Each session will be pared with a book-themed craft. Come to one or come to all! Join your colleagues for our first book discussion on November 4th, when we will have a lively discussion of The Paris Library by Janet Skeslien Charles. Participants are responsible for obtaining their own copy of the book through a library or purchase. Each session will also include a fun, book-themed craft. In November, unleash your creativity by making your own mini book jar while connecting with fellow readers and sharing insights from this inspiring historical novel. Each meeting, we will select our next book and a date for the next meeting. Hope you will join us! Location: Proctor Hall, Room 107A (Busch Campus – 65 Davidson Road, Piscataway) Please register in advance (maximum of 25 attendees).
